Voters who registered to cast their votes in places away
from their residences, had been barred by the police
from proceeding to their polling units in some parts of
Kaduna State.
Some of the voters told the News Agency of Nigeria on
phone that security personnel prevented them from
proceeding to their polling centres.

vote at her unit in Kakuri by security agents stationed at
Command Junction in Kaduna.

the place by security personnel at the command junction.
The police spokesperson in the state, Zubairu Abubakar, a

security personnel, was in error.
He promised that the police would sort out the problem.
